Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Kovanio. This includes any data collected through our products — SynCivil, Kovanio One, Kovanio WMS, TradeFlow, FinCore, Automation Suite, OpsCore — as well as our websites, mobile applications, and APIs.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your data, please reach out to us directly by email. Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and the products or services for which you are requesting deletion.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. We will confirm completion via email. Note that certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and legal compliance.
